∗ ஆனால் இனியவை கற்றல்  பன்னாட்டுத் தமிழியல் மின்னிதழின் ஆசிரியர் குழுவே மின்னிதழ் சார்பாக அனைத்து முடிவுகளையும் எடுக்கும்.  ( But the editorial board of Iniyavaikatral International Tamil Studies E – Journal takes all the decisions on behalf of the journal)

∗ ஆசிரியர் குழு உறுப்பினர்கள் பகுதி இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளுக்கு ஒருமுறை சேர்த்தல், நீக்கல், மாற்றம் செய்தல் ஆகியன கொண்டு இயங்கும். (The faculty members section is biennially subject to additions, removals, and changes)

1.VISSION ( பார்வை )

✒️ நாம் மறந்து போன – மறைந்து போன – மறைந்து கொண்டிருக்கின்ற ஒவ்வொன்றும் மீண்டும் நினைவு கூர்ந்து வெளிப்படுத்தப்படும். இனியவை கற்றல் மின்னிதழைத் தேடி வருகின்ற வாசகர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் இங்கே தனக்கு வேண்டிய தகவல் கிடைக்கும் என்ற நம்பிக்கையை உறுதி செய்யப்படும்.

✒️ தமிழ்மொழி மீதான ஆய்வுகள் தொடர்ந்து செய்ய வேண்டியும் அதற்குண்டான அவசியத்தையும் இனியவை கற்றல் மின்னிதழ் மூலம் எடுத்துரைக்கப்படும்.

✒️ ஆய்வுக்கட்டுரைகள், சிறுகதைகள், கவிதைகள், மீட்டுருவாக்கச் செய்திகள், தொடர்கதைகள், முக்கிய தகவல்கள்,  திறனாய்வுக் கட்டுரைகள், தமிழாய்வு தொடர்பான செய்திகள் என அனைத்தும்  இத்தளத்தில் வெளியிட்டு எழுத்தாளர்களை ஊக்குவிக்கப்படும்.

2.MISSION ( பணி )

✒️ இன்றைய தலைமுறையினரைப் படைப்பிலக்கியம் பற்றிய சிந்தனைகளை எடுத்துரைத்துக் கவிதை, கதைகள், கட்டுரை, நடிப்புத் திறன் ஆகியனவற்றை இனியவை கற்றல் மூலமாக வெளிக்கொண்டு வரப்படும்.

✒️ பள்ளி மற்றும் கல்லூரி  மாணவர்களிடத்தில் போட்டிகள் நடத்தப்பட்டுப் பரிசுகளும் சான்றிதழ்களும் வழங்கப்படும். 

✒️பள்ளி, கல்லூரி போன்ற கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் தனியார் அறக்கட்டளையோடு புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் செய்யப்பட்டு, அதன்படி கருத்தரங்குகள், பயிற்சி பட்டறைகள் நடத்தப்படும். இதன்மூலம் தமிழர்களின் பெருமையையும் அன்பின் உணர்வையும் இவ்வுலகம் முழுக்க எடுத்துரைக்கப்படும்.

✒️ Today’s generation will be exposed to the ideas of creativity through learning poetry, stories, essays and acting skills.
✒️ Competitions will be conducted among school and college students and prizes and certificates will be awarded.
✒️Memorandum of understanding will be made with educational institutions like schools, colleges and private foundations and accordingly seminars and training workshops will be conducted. Through this, the pride and love of Tamils ​​will be highlighted to the whole world.

3.PURPOSE ( நோக்கம் )

✒️ பாரம்பரியமிக்க தமிழ் மக்களின் வாழ்வியலை உலகறியச் செய்வதே இனியவை கற்றல் பன்னாட்டுத் தமிழியல் மின்னிதழின் நோக்கம் ஆகும்.

✒️ இனியவை கற்றல் பன்னாட்டுத் தமிழியல் மின்னிதழானது மீட்டுருவாக்கம் என்பதை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு பண்டைய காலத்தை வருங்கால சமுதாயத்திற்குக் கூட்டிச் செல்லும் ஊடகமாகத் திகழ்கிறது.

✒️ The purpose of Iniyavaikatral International Tamil Studies E – Journal is to make the life of the traditional Tamil people known to the world.
✒️ Iniyavaikatral International Tamil Studies E – Journal is based on restoration as a medium to bring the ancient times to the future society.

4.OBJECTIVE ( குறிக்கோள் )

✒️ இனியவை கற்றல் பன்னாட்டுத் தமிழியல் மின்னிதழைப் படிப்பதன் மூலம் தமிழ்மொழி பற்றிய அறிவையும் தமிழ் இலக்கண அறிவையும் பெற்றுக்கொள்ள வழிவகை செய்வதை குறிக்கோளாகக் கொண்டது.

✒️ அரசு வேலை தேடும் இளைஞர்களுக்குத் தமிழில் TNPSC, TET, TRB, UPSC போன்ற தேர்வுகளில் நல்ல மதிப்பெண்கள் எடுத்து அரசு வேலைக்கு அனுப்புவதே குறிக்கோளாகும்.

✒️ Iniyavaikatral International Tamil Studies E – Journal aims to facilitate the acquisition of knowledge of Tamil Language and Tamil Grammar by reading the International Tamil Language eBook.
✒️ The goal is to get good marks in TNPSC, TET, TRB, UPSC exams in Tamil for the youth who are looking for government jobs and send them to government jobs.
